No matter how long you may have been in this trade there is always something more you should learn.  As up and coming Building Engineers we are tasked with maintaining both new and old technologies, staying compliant with local and national codes, finding opportunities for improvement through formal and informal training in our ever-expanding arena of responsibilities.
